The garden of the western neighborhood in the city of Aley, includes an artistic rersidence for the professional artist Aref al-Rayes and large spaces and trees and corridors, which distributed some sculptures by the artist Aref al-Rayes, as well as construction of the new building  dedicated to be a residence to teach painting and sculpture.
"This project is a green spot, a garden and a professional drawing, sculpture and creativity bearing the name of one of the founders of this association artist Aref al-Rayes, present with his art and originality of belonging, this project would not have survived without the financial contribution estimated to the constellation of the western neighborhood in Aley.
